After leaving the Tour d'Auvergne in the direction of Besse, cross the La Fayette stream and turn right at the Taquet bridge. Below the small road, on the right, flows the Burande.

Four successive jumps

We soon dominate the Sainte-Elisabeth waterfall. In four successive jumps separated by small basins, the water crosses a height of more than 15 meters.

Waterfalls at the Tour d'Auvergne

Near the Sainte-Elisabeth waterfall is the Gour des Cheval waterfall.
When you leave the village in the direction of Bagnols, you can see the Pont de la Pierre waterfall on the roadside.

At the foot of the waterfall, the water has hollowed out a large circular basin in the granite.

Access to the Sainte-Elisabeth waterfall.

Take the RD 203 at the exit of La Tour d'Auvergne in the direction of Besse, then right in front of the Chauderie campsite. The site is equipped with a picnic area.
