The exceptional ingredients are selected with rigor and the greatest care for their taste qualities, favoring short supply chains and producers in our region. Among other things; good milk from the farm, mountain water, seasonal fruits, citrus juices squeezed by us in winter, regional liqueurs and mountain honey from Sancy.

We prefer to rediscover the taste of natural products while keeping the authentic and original flavors.

All our products are 100% natural: no artificial flavors, no colorings or preservatives and no gluten.
