Next to it, a beautiful boutique will be created in the former first class waiting room!

In the mountainous setting of the Massif du Sancy at 1053 meters high, surrounded by fields with cows which produce the milk for our ice creams and framed by the mountains which provide the water for our sorbets…
Chantal and Marc VAN LEEUWEN of SANCY GLACES offer you all year round a large selection of artisanal ice creams and sorbets of exceptional quality, developed in our laboratory by a true ice cream artisan dedicated to offering you the best quality based products. pure and healthy.
The exceptional ingredients are selected with rigor and the greatest care for their taste qualities, favoring short supply chains and producers in our region. Among other things: good milk from the farm, mountain water, seasonal fruits, citrus juices pressed by ourselves in winter, regional liqueurs and mountain honey from Sancy.
We prefer to rediscover the taste of natural products while keeping the authentic and original flavors.
All our products are 100% natural: no artificial flavors, no colorings or preservatives and no gluten.
In addition, our sorbets are 'full fruit' and do not contain lactose.
