Producer of organic saffron since 2012, we harvest our saffron in the Parc des Volcans, in the UNESCO Heritage territory of the Chaîne des Puys.
We offer guided tours of the saffron plantation to help you discover all the secrets of this mysterious plant that is saffron.
The visit begins with the discovery of the saffron fields. We explain to you how we cultivate our saffron, our harvesting methods, other methods elsewhere in France and abroad, history of saffron cultivation in France, how to use saffron properly and most importantly: Tasting of products at saffron!
