Résidence Sancy Resort

Located in Moneaux/Chambon-des-neiges, at nearly 1200 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Chaudefour Valley Nature Reserve, between Super-Besse and Mont-Dore, the Sancy Resort welcomes you throughout the all year round in an exceptional natural setting, conducive to calm and relaxation. Entirely designed with respect for the environment, the establishment fits perfectly into its local, wild and preserved natural environment.

Our furnished apartments can accommodate 2 to 6 people. They all have an equipped kitchen, a living room with flat screen TV, terrace with a view of the Volcanoes, bathroom/WC. Wifi accessible in common areas and in the apartments.

Below are our different types of apartments:
– 2-room apartment for 2 people maximum of approximately 26 m² with south-facing balcony/terrace:
Fully equipped* consisting of a bedroom with double bed, a lounge area, TV, bathroom with WC.
– 2-room apartment for 3 people maximum of approximately 45 m² in duplex:

– 2-room apartment for 4 people maximum of approximately 40 m² with south-facing balcony/terrace:
Fully equipped* consisting of a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, a living room area with a 160 cm sofa bed, TV, bathroom with WC.
– 3-room apartment for 4 people maximum of approximately 45 m²:
Fully equipped* consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a lounge area, TV, bathroom with separate WC.
– 3-room apartment for 5 people maximum of approximately 45 m² with:
Fully equipped* with a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a lounge area, TV, bathroom with separate WC.
– 4-room apartment for 6 people maximum of approximately 55 m²:
Fully equipped* with two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, a lounge area, TV, two bathrooms with WC.
* kitchen equipment: stainless steel sink, 2-burner hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave/oven, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils.

We want to offer you committed cuisine composed of fresh, producer and seasonal products mainly from the Massif Central because highlighting our heritage is a priority in our eyes. All in a unique place within an exceptional setting, with friendly and warm service.
The catering of our establishment is entrusted to Thomas Perron “Toques d'Auvergne”, our chef. Passionate, creative and committed to a local and seasonal restoration approach, Thomas offers a market map that highlights our territory.
Our restaurant is in service during the opening periods of the establishment, that is to say open every day with a formula of bistronomic jars to take away. Remember to book!

The bar is open from 8 a.m. until 23 p.m. during school holidays. We offer a wide choice of local drinks: beers, wines, cocktails, sodas, hot drinks... all coming from our beautiful region.
