Exposition d'Eric Magaud

Between 1983 and 1990, he became a student of the Atelier Jean VERDIER
(Paris 10th) where he attends the Photo Studio but also classes
ceramics, sculpture and painting.
For his creations, he tracks down the unusual element or derision.
The three-dimensional teaches him to work with clay; he then understands that he needs to touch the material to express himself.
Little by little, he abandoned photography in favor of painting.
using acrylic, a technique that allows him to quickly translate
his imagination bubbling in an explosion of lines
and colors.

Between 2010 and 2013, Eric Magaud painted more than 200 canvases, with which he sometimes mixed sand or oil to
the power and richness of the colors, without forgetting the relief.
The projected feeling always leaves a part of an imaginative mystery
where suffering, isolation, violence and love coexist, a panoply of feelings and emotions which are specific to man.
