Founded 65 years ago by Denise and Georges Lassalas, our family business has grown over several decades. We perpetuate the tradition of authentic, quality products from the family recipes of our ancestors.
Our artisanal production is carried out at the foot of Puy-de-Dôme and includes cured meats, charcuterie, ready meals, pastries, Auvergne products, etc.
Our iconic puff pastries, potato pâtés, ham croissants, hams, sausages, pig's trotters, blueberry tarts, apple puffs... are all dishes very popular with our customers, and have been for many years.
