The Maison Familiale Rurale de Gelles is a work-study agricultural training establishment. It is also a place of collective and family accommodation. The whole building is on one level and therefore accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The bright refectory can accommodate 70 people and the kitchen has semi-professional equipment. Possibility of an activity room of approximately 50 m2.
The village of Gelles is located in the heart of Auvergne nature, surrounded by forests, near the Chaîne des Puys allowing walks of all levels of difficulty. A departure point for marked trails is located just opposite the MFR. A few meters away, there is also a children's play area. Gelles is 30 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 15 minutes from Vulcania, close to the downhill and cross-country ski resorts in winter and mountain biking in summer. Also accessible less than 30 minutes from swimming places.
