Gîte located in the village of Avèze, 20 minutes from Mont-Dore, for rent all year round, either by the week or by the weekend (excluding school holidays).
On the ground floor, a large room (living-dining room-kitchen) as well as a bedroom that can accommodate people with reduced mobility, with its Italian shower. Toilets with washing machine in an old stone vaulted cellar.

Upstairs: 3 bedrooms with double beds (one 2 and two 160), a children's relaxation area with reading area, music or board games, a bathroom with shower cubicle, sink and toilet.

On the upper floor, a mezzanine with two 90cm beds and a sofa bed (130cm wide for sleeping).

In an adjoining room downstairs, relaxation room with an additional walk-in shower for the jacuzzi and sauna.

150 m² garden, terrace and private parking.

All year round from 16 a.m. to 10 p.m.

35 € heating in winter.
