Saint-Nectaire… an unmissable cheese in Auvergne, a true nectar of nature! Located high up with a beautiful view of the Chaîne des Puys, the Domaine du Roc is the ideal place to come and discover the production of farmhouse Saint-Nectaire.
During the visit, you can accompany the herd to the barn, be amazed by the rotating milking parlor and with a little patience, watch the making of this unique cheese.
