Initiation au biathlon

Initiation to biathlon on no-risk infrared rifles, from 8 years old, duration 1h30.
Course of the session:
Shooting with progressive difficulty, easy at first with shooting prone at rest, then more technical with shooting prone with effort.

During this session, the ESF instructor favors the discovery or improvement of this activity. This is by no means a technical ski lesson.
Level required: know how to move around in cross-country skiing, uphill, flat and downhill (alternative or skating).
