Like a good sprinter, the actor and director Luc Miglietta, who is not at his first triumph, avoids all psychocritical and soporific analyzes to serve us with salutary derision the quintessence of a text-monument of Elizabethan theater.
On the lookout behind a red curtain, with a sharp eye and a demonic laugh (is this Shakespeare's ghost?), he watches over three cronies, dressed in a simple woolen cap, who are trying to interpret the famous tragedy. To laugh or not to laugh: that is not the question because they leave us no choice.
Shakespeare revisited, the founding show of Cie Bruitquicourt, has fun with the sacred work of William Shakespeare. While preserving the essence of the play, the four actors work together wonderfully to reinvent the theater within the theater and bring out of this drama a hilarious and crazy comedy.
