Parc Pédagogique de Saint-Nectaire
Come and discover, feed and touch some of our animals. Also attend two immersive activities with the myocastors and the wallabies.
The Myocastors and Kangaroos Educational Park, located in Saint-Nectaire, is a unique site dedicated to the discovery of 9 often unknown and prejudiced species. Created by enthusiasts, this park offers an immersive experience where visitors can observe and interact with myocastors, which are semi-aquatic rodents native to South America, and Bennett's wallabies native to Australia.
Our park aims to educate the public about these often misunderstood animals through guided tours and explanatory panels. Visitors can feed the animals while learning about their habitat and behavior. The park makes a point of raising awareness about protecting biodiversity and respecting animals.
A shop and a sweet snack bar are available for visitors.
A large part of the park is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A “Caregiver for a Day” pass allows you to immerse yourself among the animals and take part, for a morning, in the profession of animal carer (by reservation only).
