Ingredients
- 250 grams of fresh tomme
- 150 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 200 grams of flour
- 1 baking powder
- 100 grams of fresh cream
Prep time
- Crumble the tomme, add the sugar and the egg yolks, mix well.
- Then add flour and baking powder, mix. Add the fresh cream and mix everything.
- Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
- Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven at 180°
Tasting tips
This cake, also called brioche à la tomme, can be eaten as a dessert, as well as for breakfast or as a snack, accompanied by homemade jams or honey.
