• 250 grams of fresh tomme
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 100 grams of fresh cream

Prep time

  • Crumble the tomme, add the sugar and the egg yolks, mix well.
  • Then add flour and baking powder, mix. Add the fresh cream and mix everything.
  • Whip the egg whites and gently fold them into the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven at 180°

Tasting tips

This cake, also called brioche à la tomme, can be eaten as a dessert, as well as for breakfast or as a snack, accompanied by homemade jams or honey.
